You accept that the field owner is not responsible for any accident, incident, injury or sickness to users of the field or their dogs. Every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of users and their dogs. Yours and your dogs' behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility and no claim can be made against the owner of the field. You will ensure that your dogs are appropriately insured to include any cover for public liability issues that may arise. Whilst the field is enclosed, complete security cannot be guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible should your dog escape. You accept that it is your responsibility to check and ensure that the field satisfies yours/your dogs' particular needs so far as fencing and security are concerned.

This agreement does not create any rights over the land and all persons using the field accept that the landowner maintains control and possession of the land at all times.

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read our Terms & Conditions and agree to them. You also agree that you will not enter the field if someone is using it/until they have left, and that you will leave promptly at the end of your time slot. All dog waste will be picked up and disposed of in the receptacle provided.

 

You will respect the neighbours and won't allow your dog(s) to persistently bark or cause a disturbance. You are liable for any damage caused inside the field by you, your dog(s) or any person/their dog(s) in your party.

The field is strictly NO SMOKING (and anyone caught smoking faces an immediate ban).

In the interests of safety, BBQ's are strictly forbidden.

You will not leave any dogs unattended in the field, nor will you tether dogs to our fencing or equipment.
